Great app to manage my account. Ive be a Verizon customer for a long time and the phone service is the best.

Very easy to use.

Nothing works properly. Just as bad as the website. The constant "Error" and "temporarily unavailable" messages make this app and the desktop site useless and part of the reason I will be leaving Verizon.

I use this app frequently. Though I still have to use the Verizon website for some things. This is okay because the vast majority of the things I can do from the app.

Can monitor usage, though we barely scrape 3 gigs with 5 devices (we have 6gigs) and can make a payment so easily. With just a few taps, payments are made. No more logging on to a computer, calling in and going through a ton of prompts. To each his own, but the app is very convenient in this manner.

Hands down the best way to manage and keep track of your Verizon wireless account!
