Missing Taxes/fees Split by Line

The most important piece of the previous version for us was charges by line which was modified. We used this bill breakdown that includes taxes/fees to split the family bill each month but now taxes and fees are now just lumped together. Much easier for Version to apply the split equitably compared to trying to calculate each month.
