Updated version rendered the app useless to myself and other family members

Never had an issue with an update until now. The extra security, although an appreciated intention, rendered the app useless to me. Like many Im on a family plan and because Im not the primary account holder I can no longer access my account through the MyVerizon app. I only hope this can and will be changed.
