My Verizon App Reviews

I like the app to pay my bill and view my usage, but as far as ease of use and aesthetics - its only okay.

This app doesnt recognize your number. Ive been locked out of my accnt twice now.

Really great app! The only thing now is that there are at times a lot of unlabeled buttons whats really need labeled so did those using voiceover on doing the code gas and by golly "method. Payments are a lot easier to do, with the changes theyve made. Great job, guys. Keep up the good work!

It used to be a fine app, until the greed mongers at Verizon decided that it should only work on a Verizon device. Dont waste your time, unless you intend to use on a Verizon device. Shame on Verizon!!!

This is my first time ever writing a review. You guys got it right with the new fix.

I seldom write reviews, but the updated app is awful. The feed page is loaded with ads and offers and doesnt come close to offering a one-view look at your account. Now I have to navigate through several sections to see all the information that matters on usage by device, upgrade status, payments made and due, etc. Please bring back the last version!!!

This is so easy and I can pay my bill and order new phones and other thing this app is so convent

Very good app for finding information about your account

New update will not allow me to sign in. Keeps saying "please sign in from your own device or visit Verizonwireless.com to access your account". Well I am on MY OWN DEVICE and Ive never had this issue before. What a waste of an app

This updated version of the app is not the smartest move ever made, and it mostly has to do with the fact that you cant even check how much data you have used on a phone that isnt the main phone used for the account. You sell family plans but you dont let family members check their usage on the app? Not the smartest move.

This app does not work and has not worked since the last update. Reviews saying otherwise without corrective action by the developer only demonstrate the priority is on looking good rather than being good. Fix it! Please!

Easier to navigate than the last one

Just downloaded it and with its modern design and easy use it has already helped me! Just makes paying bills so much quicker and managing my service easier ☺️

Works on old iPad but cant log in from updated iPhone 6. Was working before latest upgrade. Reinstalled multiple times but no change.

LOVE. This app is super easy and fun to use. Everything ready to view at your fingertips.

Great idea. I love having access to everything in my account in one place. The problem is that it freezes and crashes EVERY. TIME.

This app saves me time by letting me tweak the details of my plan without making a trip to the Verizon store. Very helpful!
