Does a great job giving us the info I need to manage the account including data usage by line and the ability to change plans on the fly to best manage cost

I always have to drive to my local Verizon store just to make a payment on my bill, the closest store to me is almost 1hr away. Its really annoying

We cant live without you. Verizon is the most expensive but still the best and thats why we stay. Application is very user friended and answers all the questions I have at first glance. No digging for hidden info like AT&T.

Should add a feature that lets you download the bill as a PDF to your phone.

I love how easy it is to make payments. The Verizon Cloud is all I need.

Its not flashy and it doesnt need to be. It clearly presents your account information and makes it easy to manage your account from your iPhone without getting in your way.

Very easy to use, runs smoothly! I like that Im able to adjust anything with my bill, and paying my bill is very easy! Very well done. Im actually surprised Version did something right for a change!

Usually an app doesnt have the full functionality that a website has but in this case Verizon has done a great job. Im able to do everything that I can do online, efficiently. Really like this app.
