No need to call or stop by a Verizon store. The app lets you do it all.

Before the app update, I could pay my account, no problem. Now, both times since, theres no place on the new app even in the menu to pay, so I have to search, which takes me to a safari launch of choices, then to log on, cant log on because I dont remember the stupid answer to a stupid question I set up years ago, then texted a new temp password and reset password!!?!?!? Twice since the app "updated". Will it be fixed? Why even torture us like this??? Grrrrrrrrrrrrr....

If you want to use this app to check your data usage, dont. My plan has 16 GB — Ive used 1GB so far. The app says Ive used 95%. The website is correct, but this app is just wrong.

Incredible work, looks grate and much simpler to use.

The most important piece of the previous version for us was charges by line which was modified. We used this bill breakdown that includes taxes/fees to split the family bill each month but now taxes and fees are now just lumped together. Much easier for Version to apply the split equitably compared to trying to calculate each month.

A data shared cycling screen would be better

Its becoming more and more irritating using the Verizon app because it keeps changing. Enough! Its becoming a hassle to wait through the demos then process what changes have been made just to pay the bill or check my data usage. Keep the app secure and please stop toying with it.

Can no longer log into my account. Every single block show every single error. Passwords dont work anymore either.

Never had a problem..quick and easy to pay my bill...

Brand new iPad Pro with iOS 10.1.1 and the app flashes on the screen and then closes. Nothing I can do to make it function. Used to work well,now its useless.

Never had an issue with an update until now. The extra security, although an appreciated intention, rendered the app useless to me. Like many Im on a family plan and because Im not the primary account holder I can no longer access my account through the MyVerizon app. I only hope this can and will be changed.

The app updates how much data I have used very quickly so I can check it anytime, and makes it so easy to pay my bill with the auto pay feature! Recommended!

Easier to use!

Im not too happy about this app it glitches a lot on my phone and its more of a hassle than the old one go back to the old one.

Very easy to use. Manage your data and pay your bill. Very, very convenient!

This app does everything that can be done on the desktop website. It is easy to navigate because the pages arent overwhelming but are easy to follow. A very nice app indeed.

Changed plan for vacation with no issue, and I love the widget.
